What makes a good leader?

Over the years a lot has been said about this topic and in almost all of instances what was said is true. This however one thing that I've never heard or thought of being an attribute of a true leader. It was captured by Dr. Myles Munroe who said that and I quote "If everything that you have done, die with you, you are a failure. True leadership is measure in what happens after you die. This is why true leaders don't invest in buildings, they invest in people. Why, because success without a successor, is failure"

You might be thinking why I would be writing about this, instead of local and global economic news and forex? Well, it is important for any business to have a succession plan and for us it's not very different. However, the way in which we are planning for this is by teaching what we know to individuals so that they can be in the position to impact others.So, even when we are not around the business can function like we never left. It should be a natural, self evolving system that continues without stopping.

It is important for us to share this with our clients so that they can have a big picture of what our mission is. Yes we are here to provide forex solutions to clients but further than that, we want to make a change through passing on what we know so that it does not die with us.
